Word of the Nairobi Stock Exchange's performance has begun to reach international media outlets. Read the Guardian's article here.

Do stories such as these portend the end of the Kenyan bull market?

About two weeks ago, bbc ran two 10-minute 'specials' on the kenyan economy, noting the current stock market boom. So yeah, no secret ...

Then again the focus is too much on the number of new shareholders in Kenya. How about how financial planning and thinking is slowly coming right in Kenya. At these rate those ol'timer strategies of buy and HOLD will be behind us. Can't wait for the day guys settle for a minority stake in their company THEN this market will be going places. No need to worry , markets usually correct once they shatter some new nadir.I'll only worry about a bear mky once the NSE crosses the 7,000 mark
